Hi, I'm Ed.  I compose and record personalized songs for you to give your loved ones.  It's a perfect way to mark special occasions in a fun, imaginative, and lasting way.  Each song is completely unique.  I do more than simply insert a name in the lyrics; I'll compose a one-of-a-kind piece just for you. 

With your help, I'll create a personalized song for that special little (or big) person in your life!

What you get:
     You receive a one-of-a-kind, fully produced song in .aiff and/or .mp3 form.  Each song is completely unique and professionally recorded.  Each song will feature a variety of instruments including but not limited to:  voice, piano, guitar, bass, drums, ukulele, saxophone, clarinet, recorder, harmonica and the occasional robot.

Here's how it works:
1)   Follow the link to the online Song Order Form.
 
2)   I will respond by sending you a quote for the price.

3)   Once you confirm the order, I'll send you an invoice for half the total cost which you can pay online.

4)   After the song is completed, I will send you a second invoice to complete the payment at which point you will receive the song!! 

Song Options:
     You can select between three different types of song.  Small, Medium or Large.  A Small song is 30-60 seconds long.  A Medium song is 1.5 - 2.5 minutes long.  A Large song is 3-4 minutes long.
    You can also order a Video Slide Show to go with the song.  Sheet Music for the song is also available, in case you want to perform it at family gatherings, parties, galas.

     Edward RosenBerg III is a composer/performer living in New York City.  He attended the Eastman School of Music and received a BA in Saxophone/Jazz.  He also attended Queens College and earned an MA in Music Composition.    

OWNERSHIP

     You agree to the following terms and conditions. The song(s) that are the subject matter of the transaction will be referred to as the "Song".

     You are purchasing a "Single Use" license for personal, non-commercial use of the Song from SongBaby. SongBaby and the composer(s) retain full, exclusive and unconditional ownership of the song and all right, title and interest in it, including copyright, without limitation.
     Without limiting the foregoing, your Single Use license permits you to gift (or to transfer without consideration) to another any representations of the song (such as digital files), and/or to perform the same as part of private, non-commercial events such as private parties. If you use the song as part of any audiovisual presentation (such as with home videos or slide shows), you agree to include a copyright notice with the name(s) of the composer & lyricist (and/or SongBaby). For avoidance of doubt, all uses of the Song are subject to copyright. Please Contact Us to inquire about multi-use or commercial licenses.

REFUNDS

     There are no refunds. An order may be canceled after the down-payment, in which case the final payment will not be charged. However, the down-payment will not be refunded. Please Contact Us for more info.
